HOW MUCH HAIR LOSS IS NORMAL?

HOW MUCH HAIR LOSS IS NORMAL?
If you’re noticing hair loss, you’re not alone!  So don't panic. More than half of women are affected by hair loss, so start by monitoring the situation and if you see it getting worse, see your doctor.
it’s very normal to loss between 80-100 hairs per day. Some people lose up to 150 strands every day, and this is still considered normal.
Some loose hairs can get stuck in your style, so when you wash your hair, there will be a lot more hair on the shower floor than you might expect.
If you’re only washing your hair every three or four days, you will see more hairs coming out in the shower.
If you notice a significant increase in hair loss, this is when you should start to pay attention. There are lots of reasons that can cause hair loss and most of them are fixable.
Stress is one of the biggest triggers. Some deficiencies like low iron can also cause hair loss and crash diets can also affect your hair growth.
Some conditions that can’t necessarily be treated or cured, like alopecia, can cause significant hair loss.
See your doctor, and get some blood tests done to see if you can pinpoint the issue.
